For sunset cruises and weekends, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead. For private charters or peak season (Nov-Apr), 3-4 weeks is best.
All experiences include food & beverages, snorkeling equipment, insurance, English/Vietnamese-speaking crew, and round-trip pickup within Phu Quoc.
Safety first. If weather conditions are unsafe, we offer free rescheduling or full refund. Light rain or moderate seas are usually fine — final call is the captain’s.
Absolutely. Private charters can be tailored to your wishes — itinerary, menu, decoration, music. Contact us to design your perfect day.
Yes — pricing is by height. Children under 1m sail free; 1m–1.39m are charged 70% of the adult rate; 1.40m and above pay the full fare. Child-sized life jackets are provided.
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due before departure. To change or cancel, please tell us at least 5 days before departure. Cancellations within 5 days are charged at 100%.
All prices are quoted in USD. Pay by international card via Stripe, or in Vietnamese Dong via VNPay and local bank transfer (converted at checkout).
We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off anywhere within Phu Quoc. Just let us know your hotel address when booking.
