When we set out to build the first twin catamaran fleet in Phu Quoc, we had two non-negotiables: shallow draft for the southern bays, and a quiet engine so guests could hear the waves at anchor.
Everything else was up for debate. Here's a window into a few of the choices that shaped Andromeda and Cassiopeia.
Why two identical yachts? Because the events we love most — weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate retreats — outgrow a single 30-guest boat. By running two identical platforms, we can do 60 in a synced experience.
Why catamaran? Stability. Standard monohulls roll. On a catamaran, you can serve hot food, dance, and propose without anyone gripping a rail.
The flybridge debate. Original spec was a full bar on the flybridge. We deleted it after 4 sail trials — guests gravitate to the main deck for socializing and the flybridge for quiet. We doubled the sunbeds instead.
The galley. Industrial-grade, designed by a chef who's worked Saigon Michelin kitchens. The choice that made everything else easier.
