1. Booking & payment

All bookings require either full payment or a 30% deposit at the time of confirmation. Balance is due upon boarding.

2. Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 7–3 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations: full refund or free reschedule.

3. Safety & conduct

All guests must follow safety instructions from the captain and crew. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or under excessive influence.

4. Liability

All experiences include insurance. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged onboard.

5. Photography

We may capture photos/videos for marketing. Let us know at booking if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
