Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & payment

A 50% deposit confirms your booking at the time of email confirmation. The balance is due before departure. Prices are quoted in USD and include VAT.

2. Cancellation policy

To change or cancel a booking, please notify us at least 5 days before departure. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are charged at 100% of the total. Weather-related cancellations deemed unsafe by the captain: full refund or free reschedule.

3. Safety & conduct

All guests must follow safety instructions from the captain and crew. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or under excessive influence.

4. Liability

All experiences include insurance. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged onboard.

5. Photography

We may capture photos/videos for marketing. Let us know at booking if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
